This role is part of the Channel Program Management (CPM) organization, which is an important part of the Global Channel Organisation (GCO).
The CPM organization has been tasked to create a world class partner ecosystem, enabling & accelerating HP’s growth.
Amplify Elevate program is our flagship program across the world for Learning, Training, and connecting with our partners.
As the Amplify Elevate Program Manager, you will own the end to end Elevate experience and manage all the partner roadshows and training initiatives for the channel (Commercial / Contractual / Retail).
You will also be responsible of driving partner engagement through designing and delivering the best partner events & learning experience.
Working closely with worldwide (PS, Print and Services category teams, finance, marketing & alliances) and markets as well as external agencies, you will ensure best in class support and event delivery to all market / country teams.
At the same time focus must be on continuous enhancements and reinvention to make the program Future proof.
Be the primary point of contact for all Amplify Elevate related design and implementation, working closely with the markets to provide a great Partner experience while ensuring consistency and efficiency of program delivery.
Strong ability to collaborate and work closely with CO Category and Alliance teams to create an appropriate budget envelope, then with Markets, category, and sales to develop the maximum number of events across 9 Markets with continued high event satisfaction scores and providing event content and format that provides the best Partner experience and meets country needs.
Lead and energize teams to create best in class training and certification virtual (and F2F) events within budget available.
Staff and manage cross-functional teams across the entire span of business planning activities.
Establish the metrics required to measure program performance and recommends the go-forward strategy to address performance gaps.
Thought Leadership : Develop plans and proactively identify new opportunities to keep the program best in class and future ready.
Education and Experience Required
Typically, 10 years work experience in Training, Learning, Events, Marketing, Partner management or related functional area.
Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
Experience in learning and development, training and events is required.
Strong Team player capable of working across cultures, time zones, functional areas.
Strong analytical skills : ability to derive insights and drive actions from large data sets.
