Our client is an American company, specialized in Software, ERP, Cloud Solutions and Business Applications. With a constantly growing market share and brand awareness development, the company has established itself in the market over the last decade as a high end, quality and innovative IT Solutions reference.

Their European hub based in Barcelona is their most important and developed hub, holding key business lines, which makes it a strategic place in terms of job content and career development.

To join their international Business Development team, we are looking for ambitious, curious and highly involved Business Developers.

We are looking for highly motivated candidates, ready to go the extra-mile and able to develop their own strategies to reach business and objectives.

The Job.

In this role you are in charge of generating new business opportunities. The company is equipped with the latest technologies and intelligence search tools to generate high quality leads.

You will work on the high end of the market and handle leads with the potential of up to multi-millions revenue for the company.

  • Search and segment your market, profile potential clients and extract market information
  • Through Intelligence search tools, generate qualified sales leads
  • Develop strong market and product expertise and develop your business knowledge and credibility
  • Be interested and curious, work differently and come up with smart strategies and systems to reach your targets
  • You will play an integral role in the full sales cycle, you will be in close contact and follow up with other representatives of the company until the deal is closed
  • Execute and achieve your targets
  • The Profile.

  • You have a native level of Swedish / Danish / Norwegian or Finnish+ an excellent level of English
  • You have previous experience in B2B Sales (junior candidates with strong sales drive and affinity can be considered)
  • You have a real interest in the IT and Technology sector
  • You are self starter, driven and with high level of energy
  • You are pro-active, goal-oriented and motivated by targets
  • You have the do not give up and work hard attitude
  • You have a professional attitude and have a strong business acumen
  • You are curious, eager to learn and willing to further develop
  • You are ambitious and career oriented
  • You have the ability to adapt and communicate with high level executives
  • You have strong organization and prioritization skills
  • You have a strong team spirit and have willingness to support your co-workers when needed
  • You are open-minded and have the willingness to work in a multicultural team and international environment

  • An attractive salary package with uncapped commissions starting at 27.000€ or 30.000€ OTE (depending on level of experience)
