We are looking for a Service Desk with a demonstrated background experience in physical and cloud based solutions to join to our awesome IT team.
You will be working on audit controls and take care of provisioning hardware.
On your daily work you will be focused on solving micro IT incidences and implement new features for a really amazing projects.
Always keep in mind security : we are an insurance company.
As you know, we are an international company, so you will work side by side with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team distributed among our different offices around Europe.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with In end user service
Setup and installation for new on boardings : computer and its accessories (Mac OSX and Windows).
Maintenance of inventory and material forecast.
User management in Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), Github, Microsoft, GSuite management, etc.
IT control documentation maintenance
Software licenses maintenance
Extensive experience in solving incidents : equipment, peripherals and their configuration (software, operating system, hardware and network).
Extensive experience in PC and Mac hardware.
High level of English both written and Spoken
Desirable skills :
Knowledge about MDM / UM.
Proactivity, enthusiasm, attention to detail.
