Summary of Responsibilities :
Reporting to the Sales Manager and ADOS, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Actively supports the goals of the team
Maintains positive relationships with all guests, vendors, colleagues and global sales network
Maintains account, contact, activity and business details within Opera S&C according to Fairmont standards
Upon confirming, gives support in coordinating and followsing up with conventions services, catering and / or hotel departments to ensure delivery of hotels promised services
Prepares reports, as required
Compiles marketing and competitive intelligence information
Attends all sales meetings
Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written), another language an asset.
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management or similar.
Must possess a professional presentation .
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Visa Requirements : Mandatory to have a student visa.
