Analysing external & internal data for business inputs? We are looking for an Advanced Analytics Insights Executive to make an impact on Perfect Store segmentation and customer Value offer across Channels (TT, AFH, OT) and categories (Salty Snacks and Beverages), via advanced analytics processes to identify where there is potential to accelerate growth.
Your Day To Day With Us
Identify, match and analyse massive amounts of data to enrich the universes of outlets, developing algorithm models to segment and prioritise the pos according to their potential and profile
Knowledge and being up to date in the search of potential partners / startups that allow the acceleration in an agile way in Perfect Store, through the integration and treatment of new external data and internal data to extract relevant business inputs
Deep knowledge and specific skills of advanced analytics and big data : data cleaning, data preparation, data modeling and data visualization, working with high amount of data and getting actionable insights from it to capture the opportunities to accelerate growth
High ability to transform data in concrete business opportunities and impactful and actionable insights, based on deep analysis of internal & external information
Lead the search of new sources of data, modelling and partners that allow us to drive future business growth across channels
Provide strong insights to lead and influence business decisions through all the sources available
Data treatment :
Geospatial data : extracting insights based on location intelligence and proficiency in Gis (QGIS, Arcgis)- Data cleaning, preparation and mining : Ensure the data is ready to be analysed (normalized, standard & clean).
Discover hidden patterns that enables the company take decisions and discover new opportunities.- Data visualization : Use tools to be able to visualize data & hidden insights and to provide an impactful source of new opportunities.
Ensure we discover new sources of data, specifically digital & unused data sources such as apis, open data, etc (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense )- Data modeling : knowledge and use of statistical tools that allow deeper analysis with big amount of data (Power BI, Python, R )
Qualifications / Requirements
What will you need to succeed? :
Bachelor in Engineering, Data scientist, Economics or Management, Master will be valuable
4-6 years of relevant experience with data and business in different areas as Insights, Technologies
Ability to transform massive amounts of data into tangible insights and business opportunities
Strong data and analytical skills, mastering technology knowledge. Ability to work with numbers and bring structure to complex data sheets.
High skills in advanced analytic tools as Power BI, QGIS, Tableau R, Python, etc
Fluent in English
Ability to fluently communicate and present
