Hebrew speaking B2B Pre-Sales Representative

As a member of the Pre Sales Team, you will be working on outbound leads to acquire new potential advertisers for the Sales Team.

You will work closely with the sales team, building a pipeline of potential customers and providing them with all necessary information to acquire new customers.

It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team.

This is a great role for people thinking of getting into sales although still need to build up their skill set.

Responsibilities :

  • You are responsible for acquiring new potential customers from a pool of qualified leads.
  • You will work closely with the sales team in gathering needs assessment / background information on clients marketing needs and setting sales appointments.
  • You will learn to understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match solutions and marketing strategies.
  • You will ensure agreed KPIs are met.
  • You will develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products.
  • You will prospect potential new clients from a list of leads provided by marketing.
  • You will make outbound calls to identify and get in touch with decision makers.
  • You will perform needs assessment with business decision makers to identify potential and eligibility.
  • You will book appointment with sales representatives who will close the deal.
  • Requirements :

  • Hebrew native speaker.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in customer service environment and / or sales.
  • Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • IT literate.
  • Previous Salesforce.com knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management & telephone etiquette.
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • A team player with problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Passionate about sales, technology and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
