Main responsibilities

Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.

Handle various forms of customer contacts via phone and email, and accurately process customer queries.

Routinely communicate accurate information, and promptly update customers when changes occur.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through the most appropriate means of communication.

Experience in customer care or helpdesk
