WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As an Equity Capital Markets Analyst you will support the Equity Capital Markets Team in the origination, structuring and execution of ECM mandates for European Corporate Clients and Financial Institutions in relation to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Rights Issues / Capital Increases, Convertible Bonds, Accelerated Bookbuilds (ABBs) and Public Tender Offer Advisory mandates.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts :
Primary management of the Excel templates and models that form the foundations of the team's pitchbooks, client market updates and deal executions
Supporting origination efforts of the Equity Capital Markets team by preparing marketing materials via PowerPoint
Supporting the execution process of ECM transactions
Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Eikon in conjunction
Display a basic understanding of Equity markets and ECM products including IPO's, Rights Issues, Convertible Bonds and ABB's
Ability to carry out market readings, preparation of a company's equity story, investor demand analysis and preparation of credentials and rankings
Capacity to work with a high degree of autonomy in the execution of mandates in all phases of the process : preparation of documents, due diligence, analysts presentations, preparation of marketing materials for investors, coordination of investor roadshows and collection of feedback from investors, timetable preparation and project management
Collaborate in the preparation of proposals to the Bank's risk committees and management of internal budget / analysis / tracking of the business and pipeline
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE
1-2 years experience in banking / financial services industry
University degree (business or technical)
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Fluent in English as all client interactions will be in English and all materials will be produced & received in English
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong working knowledge of Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters Eikon
Equities, M&A or Trading floor experience will be valued positively
