Maintenance Supervisor for signalling. Urban (tramway)

Location : Bahía de Cádiz

Duration : Permanent Contract

Purpose of the Job

Responsible of the execution of the maintenance contract, supervising the resources and subcontracted services, to ensure the compliance of the contractual and internal requirements related to QCD and EHS policy.

Organisation Reporting

Hierarchical reporting to ADM-S&I Urban Maintenance Leader.

Interface with Services ADM-S&I team, Engineering, Quality, EHS.

Maintenance Supervisor

work will be evaluated according to the following points :

  • On time Delivery : preventive maintenance execution according to maintenance plan.
  • Response time : corrective maintenance according to contractual requirements.
  • Quality : contractual quality indicators compliance.
  • EHS policy compliance.
  • Responsibilities

  • Carry out the annual maintenance plan.
  • Supervise the maintenance works (preventive and corrective).
  • Resolving technical issues.
  • Lead signalling technicians’ team and manage subcontracted services.
  • Operational customer interface (meetings, failure boards, ).
  • Ensure compliance of maintenance KPI according to the contract
  • Knowledge & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in signalling maintenance projects is mandatory. Experience as Supervisor in signalling projects is valuable.
  • Capacity and autonomy to make technical and economical reports.
  • Capability to develop maintenance procedures. Troubleshooting.
  • Communication skills recommended. First interface with the customer.
  • Knowledge of maintenance Methods & Tools is valuable.
  • Hours of Work

    Normal working time 40 hours weekly (M-F).
