Verisure, operating under two brand names (Securitas Direct & Verisure) is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Senior Analyst to Group FP&A.
The role will be part of a growing and talented analytical team and will report directly into our Group FP&A Manager. The role will play a key role to drive data analytics and insight initiatives.
Strategic Context and value proposition
The Group Financial Planning & Analysis team are the analytical engine of the company and responsible for providing Group management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions and reports directly to the Group CFO.
You will be a key member to reach our vision, drive data analytics and insight initiatives. You will follow up on different programs, initiatives and company performance and prepare material for distribution and presentation.
As our FP&A Analyst you will have a holistic view over the company performance across the Group. The work includes cooperating with all Group functions and countries where you analyse and challenge the data and present findings .

Responsibilities will include :
Translate data into actionable business insights by applying best in class analysis and strong business sense.
Develop and execute a clear, logical and methodical structure of available markets data to complex workstreams, and provide purposeful direction to stakeholders in the pursuit of business excellence.
Deep dive in cohort analysis (such as strategic revenue management & portfolio retention), with the aim to identify insights around addressable market and sizing value creation opportunities, improved decision making and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities on reoccurring monthly reporting where you will do an analysis of different reported data and prepare presentation for our Group management.
Identify data gaps to underlying evolution of the datamarts and reporting automation.

Candidate profile
Experience and Qualifications

Fluency in English is essential.
2 to 4 years of experience on analysis for business functions, Operations, Marketing, Finance or similar consultancy experience.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making. PowerBI and Microsoft BO skills will be neede d in the position, while SQL would also be ideal.
Ability to work with limited information and identify proxies working with 80% of accuracy and 20% of uncertainty.
Experience collaborating and working with different cultures, across different geographies, under time and scope pressure in the delivery of complex projects with high quality output.
Excellent senior stakeholder communication, and ability to present findings both verbally and in writing.
