Main Responsibilities / Activities

Our Customer Service department is seeking to incorporate a new Customer Service Sales Manager to the team in an international environment.

This new member will bring his / her skills to carry out the following functions :

  • Organize with customers, agents and Volpak sales teams, Audit visits to generate additional Spare parts sales and improve long term relationships with customers.
  • He / she will need to talk to silent customers. Using the pool of technicians available in Spain and in the regions, plan the visits of our technicians in cooperation with our local representatives

  • Follow up of the visits : collect reports, prepare offers with CS team and follow up orders. Mainly in Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • They recruited employee will oversee the Volpak Training Sales; in detail, oversee promoting actively sales of training to Volpak customers.
  • Elaborate training offers to customers

  • New Machines and RetrofitsTransfer customer training needs to Tech Training CenterPresentation of the training in the FAT’sFollow up thru agents and representatives in the Regions
  • Emergency calls Follow up. (ER) Interface between customers and technicians to make sureCoordinate emergency calls related to remote servicePick up the call, coordinate with Volpak Technicians for solution and Invoicing to Customer
  • Promotion of Remote assistance tools Promote remote services from Volpak to customersDo Benchmark with Hapa Service Champion functionPromotion of future Optimate / Performate portfolioMES, Training for customer s technicians, Remote Audit visit (Nestle or Mex Ex type)
  • Manage Customer Service survey and monitoring of the results and implementation of an action plan
  • Basic Requirements

  • At least from 3-5 years of experience, working in sales with packaging background or B to B sales experience
  • Availability to spot travels (15-20%)
  • English fluent, + 1 language (French or German) would be a plus
  • Advanced user in Excel
  • Previous experience by working with a CRM
  • Team player
  • Well organized, self-driven person
  • Other positive technical knowledge : POWER BI and ISA
