As our Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract), you'll be supporting us through a busy hiring period and providing Materity cover.
You will be responsible for ensuring that we hire the right people into the right roles and teams, within our R&D (Research and Development) department - think Engineering, Security, QA, Support and Design roles.
We will help you to acquire a strong knowledge of both UserZoom (business, product and culture) and the UX industry, which in turn will ensure you are having quality conversations with all applicants.
You will expertly manage the full hiring process with both applicants and the Hiring Managers at UZ, utilizing interview scoring matrices for further insight.
