The Regional Reliability Lead drives asset reliability improvements across their region. The role is key to driving improved service cost productivity.

You will have the following experience : Knowledge of Aggreko Business Intelligence (ABI), Movex (M3), Power BI, Field Service Lightning (FSL) and data capture / management systems Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office Experience of root cause investigation tools and techniques such as Kaizens, DMAIC, FTA Experience of reliability analysis such as MTBF, Weibull, Pareto Excellent attention to detail Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team Ability to communicate and build strong relationships globally Fluent in English language is a must, additional languages is an advantage We’re Dynamic & Innovative.
In an ever-changing business you will be nimble in seizing opportunities to pioneer effective ways to meet and exceed your responsibilities : Ensure incidents are processed and escalated in accordance with the incident management process : L1 - Local / Regional Operations, L2 Central Operations, L3 Central Product (GP&T) Drive L1 reliability process adherence to ensure accountability for asset reliability at service centres / sites Chair or facilitate regular L1 field failure reviews with the operational management team(s) to identify and drive local / regional actions Build reliability cases and lead L1 and L2 investigations to establish root cause and corrective actions.
Ensure corrective actions are embedded locally / regionally to realise benefits. Create, develop and roll out processes and procedures to enhance operational practices and improve reliability Support the Operations management teams in ensuring sustained adherence to processes, procedures and global standards Support L3 reliability investigations and facilitate the Operations teams to enable timely completion of product campaigns Support the development of reliability processes for capturing and analysing reliability related data Analyse reliability data to identify trends and patterns.
Proactively raise these to the relevant teams to drive action before failures occur Produce regular progress reports Champion reliability through regular communications with the local / regional teams and the central reliability teams Support the Operations and Sales teams to optimise the use of ARM and in turn realise the benefits to reliability Aggreko places a strong emphasis on health, operational safety and environmental protection.
