Your mission

Mundimoto is a profitable start-up that buys, repairs, and sells motorbikes. It has moved from selling 50 motorbikes to 1000 per month in one year, and we're projecting a 10x growth during 2022 through expanding operations in Spain and over Europe.

We move fast, have 22M in investment, and the IT team is critical for the company's enormous growth. We're looking for an IT Support Engineer that can help us to land software solutions into the organization so we better manage and monitor de day to day operations of the company.

You will design the strategy with the help of the CTO.

What you’ll do :

Sit down with different business units to analyze their challenges so you can then come back with a software solution.

Provide technical assistance and support for applications and different systems like Slack, Jira, Zapier, Gsuite, etc.

Working closely with the rest of the IT team to be on top of the daily activities requests and apply improvements so we increase the autonomy of the users of our solutions.

Your profile

Experience in working onsite providing IT support and familiar with IT support processes and tools.

Willing to investigate and propose new solutions to the problems we have.

Experience landing improvement processes on IT teams.

Ability to work independently, organize, and structure your own work and tasks.
