    Main Purpose of Role :

    As a Web Developer at Clarivate Analytics, you will be responsible for maintaining and extending existing products, and developing the UI technology for new products.

    The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated self starter with a passion for current and up-coming technologies, fluent in CSS and JavaScript, and experienced in Angular (above Angular 2, ideally Angular 7).

    Additionally, she or he would have a good eye for design and an understanding of "Information Architecture", being able to apply her or his knowledge to making UX improvements and suggestions.

    A challenging task

    You will be working on our journey of replatforming an application from scratch using greenfield technologies

    You will build and extend existing backend services that power our Life Science product lines

    You will be applying and coming up with best practices for continuous deployment and automated testing using cutting edge technologies

    You will be part of a cross-functional team of developers, QA, designers and product owners

    A convincing background

    You have experience with frameworks for building Single Page Applications (ideally Angular 7)

    You have a test-driven development mindset, and strive for building testable, predictable and simple code

    You enjoy working in agile teams with a focus on sharing knowledge with your colleagues sitting next to you

    You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the goal, have a sense of ownership and pride in the quality of your work

    You have a good sense of humor, an unpretentiousness and humbleness towards other people and are eager to work in a multicultural environment

    You are fluent in English
