As an expert, you will also be involved in consultancy missions to analyse customer existing ecosystems and deliver recommendations.
Key Results : Successfully implement solutions according to clients’ requirements, following the High-level designs. Ensure solutions are implemented in a way to ensure both technical compliance and profitable.
Teams and office365 features, Cisco Webex calling. Draft and recommend migration and cohabitation scenarios for the deployment of Ms Teams Migration of customers from the existing ATC Skype solution to Microsoft teams.
Contribute to developing the portfolio of UC services and solutions aligned to market and client requirements Project Management on UC solutions PowerShell Expertise Delivery of Cisco Webex Solutions.
Key Skills / Attributes : Experience Possess excellent and experienced understanding of Microsoft applications and Office365 : particularly Ms Teams, Skype for Business, Active Directory Services, PowerShell, Exchange and SharePoint You have an experience in recent SfB / Voice deployment programs involving devices / components such as IP Phones, Meeting room devices, Common Area Phones.
Experience of working in a matrix function and International environment. Customer facing and customer meetings driving experience.
Preferably hold a solid understanding of comprehensive multi-vendor UC solutions including, Poly, Plantronics, Jabra, Yealink, and AudioCodes.
Knowledge and experience managing Cisco WebEx environment (user management, licensing, etc). Experience in deploying Lync 2013 / Skype for Business.
Required Skills Communication and adaptation skills An excellent level in English is mandatory - Other Languages would be appreciated Have up to date Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE) Have skills around Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Lync 2010 / 2013 and Cisco WebEx.
Good to have Skills You have skills and expertise on Lync / Skype / teams enabled handset sand / or meeting rooms. Have skills and expertise on Audio-codes / Sonus gateways.
Good understanding of AD Infrastructure and synchronization tools (exposure to Azure will be extremely beneficial) Excellent knowledge of O365 as a CSP or Non-CSP solution to the end customer Any other certification such as Anywhere365, Luware, Cisco, Avaya, Siemens, Networking, Switches, SBC’s .
