    The District Commercial Manager for Spain is key driver for our commercial success in Spain with focus on Commercial Management of our dealer network together with network business development focus.

    Your expertise, knowledge, and drive will be the cornerstone to deliver on our targets in terms of whole- and retail sales but also building the dealer value proposition that will drive our business on the mid to long term.

    You will also oversee building the network of the future for the Marine Division in Spain, drafting the plan in terms of network coverage and service promise.

    This in strong collaboration with all the members of the Marine International division and following company policies and guideline.

    The responsibilities are :

    Management Commercial Relationship Marine Dealers Spain

  • Develop and deploy the commercial strategy for Marine in Spain
  • Implement the commercial strategy to drive short term targets and build the strategy to secure mid and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate strongly with OEM District Commercial Manager to support the commercial strategy.
  • Activate the dealer network in terms of local Marketing activities
  • Management of the business development drivers

  • Work out the dealer value plan for Spanish dealers and roll out in the network
  • Create the Regional Action Plan in terms of network structure, define the network development strategy in terms of sales networks but also in function of service network.
  • Drive focus towards network of the future in terms of dealer showroom outlook based on company guideline
  • Higher degree or equivalent through professional experience
  • 5 years plus of similar professional experience
  • Relevant marine expertise is required
  • Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong team player, with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize and focus on the critical business drivers
  • Good communication skills, with a strong ability to influence various stakeholders with data driven insight
  • Entrepreneurial and result driven mindset
  • Fluent in Spanish. Good understanding of English is a must for reporting
  • The p osition is based in Spain from home office.
