Strategy and Planning Lead South and France Theatres

There are four key pillars to this role :
Strategic and Operational Planning
Work with Country and Sales Leaders to develop comprehensive annual and tactical sales plays
Setting and inspection of Strategic priorities and key strategic objectives (KSOs).
Jointly designing sales models and other changes in the Sales organization to align to Strategic guidelines.
Act as Catcher’ and coordination function for in-bound corporate initiatives.

Markets and Technology
Leading and Lagging Indicators
Support evolution of Cisco South and France’s route to market, channel incentive and sales compensation models as we increase our annuity based consumption offerings.
Develop ad hoc decision support packs to help in strategic decision-making.
Prepare for Quarterly Business Reviews, quarterly financial briefs and ad-hoc country briefs
Lead the project management team to deliver against our perform and transform initiatives
Governance Model Management : establish the appropriate formal engagement platforms within the Theatres to ensure correct levels of collaboration, scalability of initiatives and mutual learning.

Desirable experience (including but not limited to) :
Finance, accounting or strategy background advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and analytics tools.
Formal programme management qualifications advantageous but not mandatory.
Knowledge of Cisco’s architectures and corporate strategy with broad view of the markets Cisco operate in.
Knowledge and experience of Cisco’s partner model and distribution.
