You’ll be part of our LiveOps and Support team based in Barcelona and will report to , an inspiring leader! You can check his latest article .

The team is at the forefront of Stuart’s business as we put customer and courrier care first. You’ll have the chance to make a big difference by identifying areas of improvement within the department.


  • Lead and help expand a team of 2 reporting analysts
  • Review the reporting toolset in Liveops & Support
  • Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and help maintain databases
  • Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions

  • Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
  • 3 years of previous experience in analytics / optimisation / automation-related roles ideally within Finance
  • Proficiency with English
  • Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimisation
  • Proficiency with our stack - SQL, Google sheets, Python, Excel, Tableau and JavaScript (would be amazing)
  • Previous successful experience managing a team
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask, work well under pressure, handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
