The team is at the forefront of Stuart’s business as we put customer and courrier care first. You’ll have the chance to make a big difference by identifying areas of improvement within the department.
Lead and help expand a team of 2 reporting analysts
Review the reporting toolset in Liveops & Support
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and help maintain databases
Make good use of internal data to build dashboards that measure and track the impact of your actions

Degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
3 years of previous experience in analytics / optimisation / automation-related roles ideally within Finance
Proficiency with English
Strong analytical knowledge and experience with reporting, driving insights, and data-driven optimisation
Previous successful experience managing a team
Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask, work well under pressure, handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment
