Location : UK, Spain or Brazil - hybrid role between being remote and occasionally working from office - candidates must be based in either of these 3 countries and application must be in English please

We are looking for an Account Executive to support our Account Management team; we work with multinational and global brands that look to us to deliver advertising and sales results via e-commerce marketplaces, predominantly Amazon.


You will work closely with your Account Manager to support their management of a portfolio of consumer goods clients, driving delivery of client's commercial objectives, and delivering against a strategy designed to impact their presence on e-commerce marketplaces.

You will analyse and present relevant data to your Account Manager and clients on a regular basis, conducting market insights, and audits.

You will support across both account management, content optimisation, and PPC (Pay Per Click) advertising.

In your role you will :

  • Deliver exceptional client satisfaction, ensuring all clients within your remit receive an excellent level of service
  • Carry out assigned tasks quickly and efficiently, alongside exploring opportunities to improve our ways of working
  • Provide support for all client needs, across each discipline (PPC, content and operations)
  • Collaborate with PPC and Content specialists to deliver against strategic objectives
  • Prepare reporting for use both internal and by clients
  • Analyse data to review performance, spot opportunities and take action

  • Experience working at an agency is preferred (marketplace & digital advertising)
  • Amazon experience is not necessary, but desirable
  • Degree-qualified is a plus
  • Confident, tenacious and proactive
  • Able to build relationships and be a team player
  • Capable with data analysis
  • A positive approach to problems. We like solutions!
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage
