Sales Controlling Manager - Temp (1 year)
Finance Business Partner for Sales Team and responsible of the Trade Spend analysis behind customers / brands. Must provide general view to Sales Director on financial statements as well as detailed information to each accountant manager in order to help them understand their performance.
Also has to propose corrective actions to adress any deviation detected. You’ll :
Trade Spend monthly closing. Trade Spend Accruals Balance Sheet monitoring. P&L Performance by customer / brand. Follow up of customer charges, and in general ensure trade spend consistency.
Importance on understanding net pricing per customer, channel and for overall company.
Supervises customer forecasting process both during the year for the upcoming year as well. Also giving assistance on TS level at brand level for brand's forecasting as well.
Analysis on financial results : Analyse profitability per Customer / Brand : Sales and Margin per customer Control trade spend per product and customer Investment ROI's analysis New launches profitability
Define and design policies policies and projects to improve business' results in terms of Trade spend optimization.
Guarantee that guidelines, policies and procedures coming from Global are followed at local level.
Guarantee financial tools integrity.
You’ll succeed because
you’ve experience in accounting or financial analysis. You :
Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems and taken responsibility for planning and forecasting
Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss
Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data.
We are looking for you :
Finance or Maths University Degree
Recognized finance accountancy qualification
3-4 years experience in a Big4 Company or FMCG Company
Experience as Sales Controller is advantageous and a must at least for 2 years
Experience in FMCG company it's advantageous
English - Proficency Level
