The Digital User Experience team within Global IT organization has an exciting opportunity for you. Product Owner will be part of the Digital User Experience team to design and enhance end to end user experience through IT service management implementation.
As a product owner you will be part an agile team together with product owners, scrum masters, and software engineers to improve the end user experience and reduce the time to deliver services to our employees.
Your primary focus will be on design, prioritization, and implementation of IT services through ITIL framework. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative with the ability to take ideas from user journey mapping to implementation.
