Offer description

For our Supplier Integration department in Palma we are seeking a Supplier Integration Team Executive.

Supplier Integration Team Executive, pursues the goal to support, train and document operations related to supplier connectivity between our destinations and our product suppliers, so that we can continue to successfully grow and operate with minimum defective products / unproductive time / financial damage / dysfunctional processes.

In order to achieve this, the Supplier Integration Team Executive acts as wirepuller between our colleagues from IT, destinations, suppliers and channel managers, identifying current business practices and assisting in their optimization and standardization as well as the implementation of best practices.

This position, is therefore to be in direct relationship with IT and in fluent contact with our destinations and suppliers.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager your main responsibilities will be :

  • Providing support to destination offices / Hotel partners / IT partners
  • General application / process support for daily tasks : Being first level support for questions and doubts about the usage of the applications.
  • Manage tickets, priorities and escalation of issues
  • Help on Business Certification processes and New Connections
  • Requirements

  • Degree in related business fields.
  • Extended understanding of Touristic Business (Knowledge of Channel Managers and Integration models will be a plus).
  • IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Microsoft office Excel and related MS office products.
  • Very high English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on, team player; business minded; ability to build strong working relationships with the key stakeholders across functions.
  • Attention to detail; ability to understand all aspects of the business.
  • Excellent communications skills and proactive acting.
  • Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
