The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in growing sales through the identification and development of new target markets and customers.
In this role, you will meet with CEOs and executives from the most relevant companies and develop a consultative sale with them, with the purpose of scaling and improving their results.
You will evaluate the current and future needs of potential clients.
You will get to know our software and our Outbound Sales process for B2B in depth, in order to accompany and advise the potential client.
You will build relationships with clients through strategic conversations to understand the objectives and goals of their business organization.
You will understand and influence a wide range of people while acting as an industry expert for the client.
You will achieve success by turning the opportunities generated by the SDRs into a Sale.
You will generate market opportunities and relationships that result in revenue growth and customer penetration.
You must have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience with a technology product.
Engineering degree is a must.
English is your native language. Swidish, Norwegian or German are also good.
You are methodical and process oriented.
