SeproTec is searching for a Senior Business Development Manager for its main US office located in Austin (TX), with remote work options for those living in other US areas.

Your main duties will be :

  • Maintain and grow the business in key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Provide services and solutions according to client’s needs and expectations
  • Sustain the company’s growth, focusing on the satisfaction of allocated clients through efficient after-sales service and project follow-up
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations and status reports for new clients
  • Participate in trade shows
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in Translation industry
  • A second language will be highly valued
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and capable of effective decision-making
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Comfortable in a multicultural and changing environment and open to new challenges and to learning multiple skills
