Human Resources Manager to join our team in Seville (SVQ), Spain

Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish for the company.
  • Deal with all employee relations issues.
  • Ensure that there is an appropriate plan for performance management and that there are sufficient improvement systems in place.
  • Ensure that all areas of employment legislation are met and adhered to.
  • HR policy development and documentation.
  • Development & continuation of employee communication forms.
  • Compensation and benefits administration and development.
  • Compiling the monthly payroll data to submit to the outsourced payroll provider.
  • Coaching managers and supervisors on effective and positive employee relations.
  • Recommend, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance and advise management on employment law issues.
  • Manage grievance, investigation, and discipline cases to satisfactory resolution.
  • Follow and assess the probation period together with the Managers.
  • Conduct exit interviews, providing feedback to management when necessary.
  • Monitor the execution of administrative work related with team member files and personnel records, process change-of-status forms, compile personnel statistics and provide information to team members on matters pertaining to HR forms and records.
  • Issuing Employment Contracts, appointment letters and Other Employee related internal Memorandum.
  • Absence Management.
  • Coach management teams to improve personal people management capabilities whilst deploying appropriate HR support to deliver Departmental Plans.
  • Co-ordinate and execute the yearly assessment program of all staff.
  • Requirements

  • Proven work experience in HR (HR Administrator) for at least 6 year and at least 2 year as human resources manager.
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Analytical and goal oriented.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Good knowledge of the Spanish labor law.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Proven your completed certificate of your Degree / Master related HR
