Job Requisition ID # 20WD37617 Job Title Subscription Sales Executive Manager EMEA Job Description Subscription Sales Executive Manager EMEALocation : Barcelona- SpainJob ID : 20WD37617 Position Overview The EMEA Subscription Sales Executive Manager will manage a team of regional Subscription Sales Executives with responsibility to meet the function's key renewal financial and non-financial objectives in Europe, Middle, and Africa.

Their key objective is to achieve Maintenance / M2S, Prod Sub Renewal ACV and Renewal Rate targets for our Territory customers.

To accomplish these objectives, this individual will manage regional Subscription Sales Executives working directly and collaboratively with regional Sales teams (including CSS's, TSR's, PM's), Partners (VAD's and VAR's) and customers.

The EMEA Subscription Sales Executive Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding renewals objectives and quota (directly or indirectly), renewal pipeline and top deal management, forecast regional and country level top renewals.

They will also work closely with our channel partners and distributors to introduce and implement customer success enablement practices, renewals sales & retention best practices, strategies, processes, and tools.

  • Finally, it is critical to lead, inspire, and develop their team to ensure the team meets & exceeds renewal objectives. Responsibilities + Accountable with SSE's for EMEA renewal retention results, maximizes ACV for Autodesk Maint / M2S & Product Subs renewals for large Territory accounts+ Renewal's forecast commitment of Tier 1 partners for entire renewal pipeline (Midmarket and Territory)+ Responsible for Renewal Sales Pipeline Reporting and responsibility in SFDC for Territory accounts+ Monitors GEO & country level renewal rates, AVC & Billings performance;
  • works with local and GEO renewals and GTS teams to develop and execute field plans to address risk and meet country & GEO plans+ Escalates competitive at-risk accounts thru the Global SSE Manager+ Works closely with SSE's to ensure partner customer success capability and enablement;
  • focusing on Tier 1 partners+ Leads SSE's on partner renewal lifecycle (onboard, adoption & retention) strategies, share customer success best practices delivered thru Renewal business plans, QBR meetings, & training+ Aligns directly with CCS director and manager as well as GEO Industry Solution Territory & Channel Teams highlighting renewal risk and expansion opportunity analysis and reporting / TBD+ Commits SSE team to a "Refuse to lose" responsibility for large partial or total expirations working indirectly or directly with accts to secure renewals+ Serves as an escalation point for all EMEA SSE renewal issues that impact the customer's and partner success and drive risk mitigation+ Prepares and presents;
  • EMEA subscription business analysis, presentations, reporting, metrics+ Responsible for SSE mentoring, coaching, performance management, assessment, and rewards and recognition.
