Glovo eLogistics is Glovo’s last-mile logistics service for e-commerce, a huge industry that is still growing rapidly with many challenges ahead.

At Glovo, you will join a team that is working to revolutionize the sector from scratch with the main e-commerce players in any market (e.g. Alibaba).

As a Global Expansion Lead / Launcher, you will be responsible to conquer all countries where Glovo is present and grow the eLogistics business.

You will get trained into how the eLogistics business works and then jump into one of the continents to launch the business there.

You’ll be back home once the business is settled to keep growing with the local team.

In this role you will be part of the international team for Glovo, working closely with our Global Expansion Manager and the local teams (GM, etc).

Be a part of a team where you will :

  • Launch new countries and cities with a 360 responsibility of the business
  • Run all the on-ground activities to build the foundation for Glovo to succeed, managing multiple projects and being a resourceful multi-tasker
  • Be focused on operational excellence, as you will have to launch new warehouses, customer service and set up the fleet for the deliveries to final customers.
  • Be the person of contact between Operations, Finance and Sales, and external Partners
  • Train and hire local teams in new markets to pave the road to success
  • You have :

  • 2-3 years of experience in a tier 1 company / fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel and work with remote teams and across time zones through clear and concise communication
  • Highly analytical and comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges
  • Get-stuff-done attitude : Launchers need to get a lot done in a short period. You have a scrappy attitude, be comfortable working with limited resources under tight deadlines, thrive in an unknown environment, and not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty
  • Be an owner mindset : You are committed to growing Glovo in your cities, and digging deep to solve bottlenecks. You’re solution-oriented and don’t take no for an answer
  • Computer literacy; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
  • Proficient in English
