We are now looking for a Corporate Controller to join our Corporate Finance Department in our Headquarters in Barcelona .

The selected candidate will play a key role in Planning & Controlling : reviewing the financial results to enable sound decision making for management via relevant key business insights.

In this role you will work in an international, diverse and dynamic team, which operates as a focal point for connecting Finance with the Business.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Review the business performance and deliver the best possible basis for decision making
  • Participate in all the group financial cycles (Budget, Forecast, Closing), coordinating timelines & deliverables
  • Provide detailed financial analysis & insights to the different stakeholders in the organization
  • Challenge the status quo : work with a continuous improvement mindset regarding tools, processes, reporting, etc.
  • Develop business cases and ad-hoc analyses, as well as participate in key transversal projects

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar related studies. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5-6+ years of Audit / Consulting / Controlling Experience. A combination of national and international exposure is a plus.
  • Experience in consolidation, knowledge of IFRS.
  • M&A experience will be a plus
  • Fluency in English (French / German / Italian will be an asset)
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in SAP, BPC, BO, Power BI will be a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple teams
  • Organized and detail oriented, rigorous on analysis and deadlines
  • Self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A true team player : ability to work effectively as part of a team
