JOB TITLE : Logistic Manager

As a Logistic Manager, you are in charge of all the Logistic teams (Alstom employees and external provider) for your site, managing the constant optimization of physical flows and their execution according site, region and central requirements, as well as evolution plans.
Excellency oriented, you will have a strong focus on change management, improving, implementing local standards & controls, leading the review & development of subcontractor solutions, always alert to keep physical and system flows aligned.
Main Responsabilities :
Manage Supply Chain processes vs Industrial requirements
Manage subcontractors (3PL) requirements
Manage warehouse layouts, its internal flows and storage policy
Manage line feeding layout and kitting associated
Manage Rolling Stock & Construction Handling
Manage Vendors' requirements regarding logistics
Plan & Manage Material Receipt and Inbound Transportation
Plan & Manage Stock Entry
Manage Picking and Kitting
Manage Line Feeding
Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation
Manage Inventory Accuracy & Integrity
Identify Needs & Define Requirements for Internal Standards, Define, Improve & Validate Internal Standards, Manage Internal Standards Deployment
Identify Needs & Define Requirements, Contribute to External Standards Definition, Improvement & Validation, Manage Impact of External Standards on Processes & Tools, Manage External Standards & Regulations Deployment
Manage Jobs & Skills, Training & Qualification, Workforce, Staffing & organization, World Class Manufacturing network
Collect Site or Country Monthly KPIs, Manage Site or Country Improvement Action Plan, Review Site or Country Monthly KPIs

Ensure operations are executed in an environment that complies with Alstom Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Initial Background : 5+ years in Supply Chain with international experience, strong processes & execution background
Languages : English mandatory, Spanish recommended
Mandatory experiences : 2+ years in Logistics & Warehouses management; RFQ management (from specifications-processes & datas- to implementation)
