Responsibilities :

  • To supervise day-to-day operations with the customer service department and with the local team leaders.
  • To respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • To create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
  • To develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to make sure we are meeting expectations.
  • To implement an effective customer experience program.
  • To maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • To assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports.
  • To stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methodologies.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position
  • Skills to lead change projects and know how to motivate the teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced excel and Power Point) and customer service software.
  • Great level in both spoken and written English
  • Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
  • Willingness to travel through Spain and Portugal visiting the different teams.
