Job summary
The Amazon Marketing team is looking for someone to identify and develop new channels to drive engagement with new and existing users of the Amazon shopping app.
You will be responsible for analyzing industry trends, customer data and anecdotes to identify new opportunities to improve the app experience.
You will work with the relevant product teams to deliver help prioritize projects that will improve the overall experience for our mobile customers.
In addition to this, you will own the creation and optimization of the App Store marketing (ASO).
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing experience. You thrive in the science of marketing and will need to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment.
You will think and act both strategically and tactically : from strategic planning to detailed execution. You will quickly form data-driven plans and execute.

Key job responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include :
Identify opportunities to improve the mobile app CX through monitoring customer data, anecdotes, industry trends and competitor product developments.
Collaborating with product teams to advocate for the development of an improved mobile app experience.
Keeping up to date on the key projects across Amazon that will improve the app value proposition, summarising the latest progress and challenging when we believe product teams are not moving quick enough to meet the needs of the mobile customers.
Own the marketing assets on the Google Play and App Store (ASO) responsible for creation, testing and optimisation.
Collaborating with the Outbound team to drive improvements the push notifications strategy and execution.

Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention to detail
Understanding of the app environment and the ability to think from a customer’s perspective.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong experience in digital marketing, including acquisition and performance marketing
Strong experience in paid advertising across different networks like Google, Facebook, Apple, etc
