As an Innovation Marketing Manager your main duty will be to accelerate Heura’s growth by identifying, shaping and prioritizing Innovation Opportunities for the brand, both on product and packaging Innovation, and to ensure we develop winning proposals.
Your challenge :
Ensure the development of winning proposals. Work close to R&D and Ops to develop the right product development briefing and assessment being consumer centric.
Understand the competitive landscape, consumer drivers & barriers, and Heura positioning, to ensure innovation briefings are complete, connected to consumer mindset, consistent and spot on.
Work with R&D on defining action standards, bench and research agile methodologies.
Design Successful launching in coordination with Sales, Comms, and PMO, define the marketing mix to make new products / packs successful in the market : Connect concept, price, resources, comms support plan, adaptation to markets, first reactions reading, etc
Map Innovation Opportunities. Identifying biggest Innovation opportunities across markets, channels and formats, reading market information and collecting inputs from different stakeholders.
Establish criteria to seize the opportunity and evaluate the effort in order to build an ABC ranking in coordination with the PMO.
Recommend an Innovation Route Map. Establish priorities and timings to align an Innovation Route Map. Consider opportunities dimension vs R&D and Commercial capabilities to develop and successfully launch.
Build an Innovation calendar that makes Heura the most dynamic and innovative brand, capturing opportunities to grow the business and making a social and environmental impact.
Be a team player. Also expected as part of your responsibilities. Work as a team player, connect with people in other departments to join forces and learn together.

You will rock at this role if :

You have 3+ years of experience in Marketing Innovation roles in FMCG, ideally in the food industry. You have been in Project Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing roles in FMCG for 2+ years.
The FMCG Model has no secrets for you; you are market oriented understanding the consumer and channel dynamics in different marketsYou are a project manager;
you have expertise working with Apps and technologies to improve coordination.
You are a strategic thinker; drawing the big picture and building solid recommendations and at the same time, able to work on detailed plans
You love being an activator, making things happen and bringing great leadership skills to push key projects in order to drive targeted results.
You thrive in an ever-changing structure and show flexibility and willingness to share your curiosity and an innovative way of thinking
You speak English fluently.
