How to contribute to our vision

  • Work independently with user community to define, build, and deploy new features in CRM which allow S&MK ON to run L2C processes within BU.
  • Gather inputs from users for tool improvements and configure and customize Salesforce based on input from key business stakeholders.
  • Fast and efficient implementation.

  • Work with department stakeholders to develop, analyze, and maintain custom reports and dashboards to monitor performance and monitor business processes.
  • Improve data accuracy and reliability to gain business intelligence by creating and executing test plans and scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot issues noted during testing.

  • Develop, document, and implement training for users on processes and application configuration. Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.

  • Manage user access and permissions through user setup, roles and role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, public groups, queues, sharing rules, and security.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality, provide recommendations for process improvements, and manage on-going support of API integrations.
  • As subject matter expert, participate and promote the deployment of Salesforce and continuous improvement of surrounding processes, supporting the Sales activity and our customers.
