We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Healthcare who will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Healthcare PPE organization.
You will build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products and solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers.Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
Possible locations : Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia
Scope of the position : within a defined territory, manage relationship with hospitals, Channel Partners, and local branches of key Distribution National and / or Pan-European Accounts.
Your Main Activities :
Have a strong understanding of the local market and develop new business opportunities (cross / up-sell) with hospitals, medical institutions and medical distributors to drive Honeywell organic growth
Aggressively seek out new customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue
Specify products into opportunities
Deploy Honeywell Commercial Initiatives into the local Market, in alignment with critical business objectives.
Launch and execute Promotional initiatives.
Introduce NPIs and develop stocking levels at medical distributors.
Attend local exhibitions and promotional events, to identify and develop Business Leads.
Follow up on Marketing generated leads.
Establish presence at key healthcare buying bodies
Educate and train end customers
Contribute to product development by providing feedback and partner with offering management to co-define development of products
Coordinate with KAM Channel around activity with Key Distribution Platforms.
Coordinate all internal resources around End User Tenders.
You Must Have :
Bachelor’s Degree or technical degree in a healthcare related discipline
3+ years of experience in Healthcare sales at IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) level
English and Spanish on a fluent level
