In this Senior Sourcing Recruiter role, you will be a key leader in building an EMEA-wide sourcing function from scratch to support Confidential Projects, the expansion of our Consumer Business across EMEA, and of our Corporate functions.
In this role, you will :
Lead the effort to build and execute sourcing strategies to find, engage and attract talent for new EMEA markets, confidential projects, and corporate functions (non-technical roles).
Mentor a team of passionate sourcing recruiters; establish team best practices and foster a collaborative sourcing culture.
Collaborate directly with senior hiring leaders, recruiters, and other internal stakeholders in order to deliver.
Manage and prioritize multiple searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
Conduct market research and candidate generation in a high quality & high volume environment.
Use data to build talent insights and recommend hiring strategies.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management.
Conduct exploratory interviews of potential candidates.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Preferred role locations include Madrid, London, Luxemburg, Milan, or Munich
Extensive relevant experience in sourcing and / or recruiting including passive candidate generation for niche and / or leadership roles
Experience recruiting in a global environment including experience recruiting in multiple EMEA markets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with the Middle East and / or Africa regions.
Advanced Boolean skills.
Experience and interest in recruiting for a variety of non-technical business roles and corporate functions.
