The OnMobile Value Added Service Europe unit is looking for a mobile web content professional to join the Telefonica Account Management team.
You will be responsible for programming and maintaining marketing and product content catalog for the Games, Kids among other content categories for one of our more important accounts.
Your primary responsibility is the supervision of day-to-day product and merchandising updates to the stores, ensuring quality results while meeting aggressive turnaround deadlines.
You will be expected to maintain clean, accurate, well-organized, structured content and product data. You are directly responsible for coordinating submission and provisioning content processes, review updates, and maintaining content featured on the home page of the store.
You will play an integral role in supporting and preserving the high-quality online shopping experience that is expected from OnMobile and our clients.
The ideal candidate has mobile web production experience. You love technology, are extremely detailed. You must be able to understand and resolve complex technical mobile web / database issues under pressure.
The position also required a very business-oriented person to lead global projects and define the roadmap and improvements required to increase revenues and the follow up of these projects on a regular basis.
Provide strategic and tactical support to Mobile VAS executive team in the development and execution of programs across all consumer segments to enhance ARPU and revenue.
Serve as the client’s advocate and first point of contact for account related matters, managing all account operations, issue resolution, customer service and operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to our customers and partners.
Work as a key liaison between client and internal stakeholders, including marketing, data analysis, technology, or finance.
Build a strong and long-lasting customer relationship with Telefonica and other key partners on the value chain, assisting with solution design and delivery.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of OnMobile solutions to customer or content partners, communicating with internal stakeholders and account team members.
Forecast and track key account metrics, using data available or requesting new reports to identify and grow opportunities within the account.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed, including working cross-functionally to gather information from various departments to expedite resolution.
Team mindset as well as ability to run with things on own initiative.
Proven track record of assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas and delivering results in a fast-paced online environment.
Ability to drive clear, thoughtful analysis of customer acquisition programs, plus experience in budgeting and the production of supporting business cases.
Proven ability to work closely with technical (product development) teams, legal or financial staff.
Native level Spanish and Level C1 English is a must.
Experience Desired :
More than 8 years of experience on the Digital Services & Contents industry (Mobile VAS).
Experience as managing support in complex relationship with : Mobile VAS & Digital Contents industry, Mobile Operators in Spain & internal product team.
Knowledge of the mobile content industry. Games, Kids, families or similar will be desired.
