The primary objective of this role is to work on strategic projects that address a client’s organisation needs. They participate in the delivery of the client’s business transformation by using Information Technology to create new business transformation opportunities.

They develop and maintain knowledge of evolving trends in one or more emerging technology areas and apply these to define opportunities for client organisations to deliver new business capabilities, profitable business growth as well as competitive cost efficiencies.

The Consultant : Transformation engages with client stakeholders within existing NTT Ltd’s accounts as well as provides sales with support to convert new accounts and create sales opportunities for these clients.

They are subject matter experts with excellent business acumen, preferably with experience within one or more industry or horizontal domains.

They work closely with internal stakeholders and leverage their knowledge and experience around technology as well as their chosen vertical industry knowledge and provide information and support to these stakeholders that will enable successful sales and services engagement with the client.

Primarily responsible for the development of business process related solutions for clients. Viewed by customers as a consultant.

Defines client needs, determines a strategy and develops a plan / proposal for delivery of the project which generally leads to a client’s internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

May involve the recommendation to shift future performance to a third party. Performance is typically evaluated based on the capture of the business opportunity and / or utilization, (i.e., billable hours).


  • Work closely with the client and our Cloud Experts team, understanding customer needs, driving and managing Cloud Consultancy engagements, and producing results that help our customers in their Cloud adoption journey.
  • Ensure that the customer experience with NTT MS is the best possible and try always to over-perform on the customer expectations in terms of quality of the results.
  • Keep tracking of engagements and have regular follow-up meetings with customers where we provide continuous support and guidance services.
  • Understand the client’s situation, both about its team and its business, to ensure a personalized service.
  • Identify and propose continuous improvements that help us to upgrade our consulting assets (templates, checklists, reports, audit sheets, etc.
  • and to meet our customers’ requirements. And of course, implement them.

  • Prepare Cloud consulting proposals and presentations as needed.
  • Work together with Cloud vendors chasing new opportunities and identifying ways for facilitating cloud adoption to our prospects.
  • Support marketing team on events, case studies, etc.
  • Have fun working in a highly technical environment, with the best team of cloud operations engineers you can find and learning every day!
  • Learn through ongoing training by the company in multiple technologies : network, databases, operating systems, clustering systems (we spend more than 5% of our revenues in staff training every year).
  • Engage with the sales and technical department whenever it is required.

  • You have great architecture design skills and in-depth technical knowledge of traditional or cloud hosting infrastructures.
  • You are half-sales half-tech oriented, but you also love communication and strategy.
  • You love dealing with customers and companies.
  • You are totally fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
  • You know how to properly express yourself writing and speak in front of different audiences.
