You will integrate in a project team dedicated to develop solutions as part of the digital transformation taking part in Finance.

Activities spanning from administration, support, training, and maintenance, enhancements to projects, contribution to process reengineering and roadmap definition.

The project team is a decisive player in the design of the application road map, ensuring the adequacy between target architecture orientation and users main stake

You will integrate a transversal team Paris Madrid - Lisbon (Data Quality / Permanent Control / Process Management) in charge of automatize & improve the production process existing in EMEA Finance scope (SMS & Financial Synthesis).

According to specific need defined in SMS & FS Teams, you will be responsible to organise the process improvement in short calendar (max 4-6 months) :

  • Organisation Organise the project with EMEA Finance Teams (SMS / FS) Identify the experts in Teams & work closely with them
  • Project Understanding / description of production process to be improved Automatize the report / topics with current tools (Business Object) or others IT solution Produce documentation : process & modus operandi Insure operationals teams’ training

    As a Project Manager you are in charge of :

    Manage the interaction with Business / EMEA Finance teams

  • Collect / Capture of Business needs
  • Prioritization of demands
  • Contribute to define automation / harmonization strategy
  • Realization on concrete solution / automatization
  • Communication / follow up of projects
  • Manage Projects on its functional perimeter / EMEA Finance Teams

  • Contribute to budget demand and Follow up
  • Ensure ITG project Launching
  • Support Transversal Portfolio Coordinator in the governance with POPC


    Training and occupational experience

  • Educational background : University degree
  • 5-8 years of overall professional experience in relevant area
  • Finance domain knowledge / concrete experience on reporting production will be a plus
  • Knowledge of BNPP organization and business lines will also be appreciated
  • Knowledge of BNPP OFS environment will also be appreciated
  • Experience of working in an international environment
  • Having strong Accounting & Project management skills
  • Essential specific requirements

  • Transformation and organization skills
  • Experience in Finance, Banking Sector
  • Team player and result oriented
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in OFS solution & tools (Business object / Alteryx, ACL, ) will be a real plus
  • Training skills, Coaching and Resources Management / Change Management
