VERINGER is looking for engineering recruiters to help us to hire the best talent available worldwide. It will be necessary to create ways to identify passive candidates and to contact engineers working to show our current and future vacancies.

To design a targeted recruiting strategy to hire the best engineers, will be necessary because it is probably that a large percentage of them will be working.

There will be always a timeline so it is very important to be highly organized, to manage tools confidently like LinkedIn or similar, job boards, CRM and data base.


  • Valuable 8+ years recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Valuable 5+ years of experience recruiting engineer within Oil&Gas , Energy, Nuclear, chemical etc. industry.
  • Experience running searches with Boolean, LinkedIn, and job boards is a must.
