We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on HR Business Partner with experience in fast-growth companies, who has experienced what growing a team exponentially in a short time frame means and possesses a firm grasp of HR policies, processes, and tools.

Based in Barcelona you will be a strategic partner to our Business team.

What you will do :

As an HR Business Partner to the Business team, you will drive our People team plans through different departments by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.

You will provide guiding, mentoring and coaching to our managers and leaders in order to support the business’s vision, mission and overall objectives.

  • Collaborate and support stakeholders in order to foster and promote best practice standards and the core values of the business at all levels.
  • Facilitate and support the effective implementation of global people plans and initiatives.
  • Support and coach management and leadership in resolving people matters and recommending risk-free solutions for sensitive and complex situations.
  • Partner closely with the business to ensure that best HR practices are being adopted.
  • Own Human Resources data for your group from an integrity and principle perspective.
  • Contribute to the execution of the People Team strategy.
  • Ensure that effective and appropriate HR policies, procedures and guidelines are in place, meeting legal requirements, best practice and organisational objectives.
  • You’ll partner with our other HRBPs and the wider People team to strengthen employee engagement & company culture by increasing employee satisfaction, employee impact and ensuring the welfare of our employees is always our top priority.

    What you need :

  • A confirmed Experience as a HRBP. Ideally within a fast growing startup / scale up
  • You have supported Sales or Customer Service Departments
  • You possess strong skills in organisational design principles, talent management and people development tools
  • Strong Spanish Employment / Labor Law knowledge
  • HR systems knowledge and competence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Data-driven and reporting mindset : you talk in numbers, and only use opinions when the search for data yields no results
  • Continuous improvement is part of your DNA. The bar is high but you always aim to set it higher. You keep abreast with news and updates to keep yourself informed.

  • You will need to be based in one of our hub countries, some positions are only open in specific locations
  • We will require you to travel to the office hub in your country once or twice per week depending on your position
  • In addition, every quarter you will be required to travel to an office hub location for up to 5 days to meet with your whole team
  • We have flexible working hours to fit around your life
  • Team members that want to go to the office more are welcome to!
