We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on HR Business Partner with experience in fast-growth companies, who has experienced what growing a team exponentially in a short time frame means and possesses a firm grasp of HR policies, processes, and tools.
Based in Barcelona you will be a strategic partner to our Business team.

What you will do :
As an HR Business Partner to the Business team, you will drive our People team plans through different departments by collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
You will provide guiding, mentoring and coaching to our managers and leaders in order to support the business’s vision, mission and overall objectives.
You’ll partner with our other HRBPs and the wider People team to strengthen employee engagement & company culture by increasing employee satisfaction, employee impact and ensuring the welfare of our employees is always our top priority.
