ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM :
A Recruiter is tasked with identifying and hiring top quality talent to join our TKWW teams. They will partner with hiring managers to create comprehensive interview plans and meet hiring goals to support the EMEA and LATAM based teams.
You will be joining a power-house Talent Acquisition team that aids in making The Knot Worldwide a thriving business and an awesome place to work.
Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance
Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders especially in our Sales, Marketing and Customer Service departments to determine business needs before, during, and after the recruiting process
Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job portals
Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels
Conduct screening and skills assessment to qualify candidates via phone and video interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the hiring manager
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary expectations, and benefits
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling both remote and onsite interview experiences for your candidates
Complete and submit candidate scorecards complete with interview notes, recommendation to hire, and feedback
Provide thorough pipeline reporting to hiring managers on open jobs including but not limited to : volume of applicants, number of interviews completed, job market and salary trends, pipeline demographics, and more
Represent The Knot Worldwide at events both in person and virtual (campus, meet-ups, networking)
SUCCESSFUL CORPORATE RECRUITER CANDIDATES HAVE :
1-2+ years of prior experience in a Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition
Advanced English level (C1-C2) and an intermediate level of French (B2-C1)
Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) combined with an enthusiastic and dynamic personality and presence
The ability to build quality relationships with internal stakeholders, university partners and candidates
A great team player
The agility to execute recruiting goals with multiple deadlines - someone who is strong at execution
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prioritization skills and the ability to multitask
Competency in maintaining confidential information
Familiarity with and exposure to technology or media-based platforms (can explain our services to potential candidates)
A self-directed personality with the ability to take initiative
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or a similar system
The flexibility and eagerness to do whatever is required sometimes your responsibilities may shift depending upon the current needs!
IT’S A BONUS IF :
You have experience with Greenhouse (ATS)
You have experience with multiple client-facing phone calls per day
You have experience recruiting for high volume roles within Sales
You have experience in a recruiting agency
