As a Pricing and Tender specialist you will pro-actively support the tender and bid management elements of the business.
You will be expected to work individually and as part of the team, researching and understanding individual pre-qualificational tender requirements in respect of the submissions being made to ensure that they are accurate, fully compliant and that deadlines are succesefully met.
You will be te first point of contact for all quotes and general duties related to enquiries from our internal and external customers.
In addition to this, this person will coordinate activities related to Wright Medical acquisition.
Key Activities & Accountabilities
Seeking opportunities for new businesses and forward them to the Divisions
Coordinate high quality of tender submission in a timely manner. Including : download / upload tender documents via procurement portals, managing the approval process before tender submission and liaise with colleagues to gather supportive data.
Reviewing prices loaded per customer and deleting prices related to tenders which are not in place any longer
Answering emails from customers before and after Wright Medical go live
Solving disputes regarding new products
Maintain a library of frequently used documents and standard responses
Collaborate with National Accounts, branches, agencies, and customers to review and upload Pricing Agreements into Oracle ERP system
Creates / administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
Register details related to the agreement
Coordinate preparation of quotes in accordance with Customer and Regional Sales Managers requests.
Manage the approval flow of open quotes to ensure no bottle necks are found and Customers get their quotes in a timely manner
Analyze pricing opportunities, according to the pricing commercial policy, aligned with the Business Units and Marketing.
Prepare, register letters and upload prices related to consignments and supplier’s equipment agreements.
Will utilize sales tools as a super user to complete analysis and recommendations for alignment and follow-up with appropriate business partners to discuss opportunities.
Collect and analyze data utilizing Stryker's systems and databases
Ensuring compliant processes and adherence to pricing policies
The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
Participate in the resolution of contract and pricing disputes
Process ad-hoc requests for reporting and pricing corrections
Ensure that specific reoccurring tasks are coordinated and completed on time
Execute the correct segregation of waste in your department.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or similar
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as : word, PPT, Excel
Professional level of English (B2-C1)
2-3 years of working experience
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal / written communication
Work efficiently with cross functional teams and people at different levels in a matrix organisation
Strategic and conceptual thinker
Multi-tasker, disciplined in managing own time
Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision
Collaboration skills to gather necessary information and build trust
