The GBG team, develops a variety of software solutions (including Machine Learning) to help companies in the data acquisition, compliance, decision making and fraud detection processes.
The role :
Projects implementation and support existing / new customers in consultancy and support enquiries from a technical perspective.
Project implementation; this may consist of various tasks such as requirements gathering, analysis and design of specifications, training
Manage support requests and assist customer until a complete resolution.
Resolve issues in a timely manner and collaborate actively with colleagues,
Collect product enhancement ideas from customers and suggest improvements for product roadmaps and internal procedures,
Essentially become a technical expert on GBG products.
Demonstrable work experience in :
o SQL Server Database (performance tuning)
o System Architecture & Integration
o Network Structure
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies including Windows Services & SQL Servers and its components, .NET framework, Web Services, amongst others,
Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system, networking and communication,
A strong sense of customer needs and satisfaction.
Ability to work as part of a team,
Ability to work with other teams remotely,
Flexibility to work different time zones,
Ability to work unsupervised when required,
