Key Responsibilities :
Maintain Indirect processes up to date; Implement new processes aligned with SoD and Business Controls.
Develop Data Analytics area for Indirect Purchasing. Design, implement and monitor KPI metrics and reporting for indirect purchasing.
Ensure ISO process and purchasing procedures are updated, communicated and well known by the indirect community. Provide Training to end users when required.
Lead or contribute in Projects aiming at improving the operational excellence of Source to Pay processes in collaboration with different functions (Purchasing, Finance, IS, Supply chain and Compliance).
Be involved in SAP / Ariba / SRM replacement implementations to define and implement new process solutions for the indirect purchasing.
Collaborate with IS in the evaluation, selection and implementation of new technologies for indirect purchasing (gathering business requirements, participating in Proof of Value, etc)
Be an indirect SRM / Ariba super user (third level of support) and then deliver SRM / Ariba Training appropriately.
Perform Indirect Purchasing Systems testing and communicate and train new release scope
We Value :
Engineering or Business School Master.
5 to 7 year experience in purchasing systems and processes (direct and indirect).
Project management and ERP implementation. Sap Ariba Implementation is a plus.
End to End Procure to Pay experience
Good Vision on Digitalization and long term trends related to procurement, Processes, Best Practices and Systems. Perform benchmarking and propose new market solutions.
Capability for technical leading. Technical skills in computing and using standard software such as MS Office, Sharepoint and Wave.
Language : English and Spanish or French.
