The ideal candidate conceives and executes construction relevant programs designed to increase market awareness, drive demand generation and execute lead nurture through multiple channels including web, email marketing, events & webinars, search optimization, social media and more.
ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION :
The Marketing Specialist reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and develops the marketing strategy working closely to the Sales Managers on assigned projects or campaigns.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the preparation of content and implementation of the multiple channel marketing activities to support sales with revenue generation.
The role involves developing and executing assigned segment, product and solution campaigns using a mixture of activities including events, email marketing and digital marketing to ensure the delivery of an integrated campaign with ROI measured at every stage.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
The duties and responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to) the following :
Identify and create high-impact and targeted inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads at volume with programs that engage and convert to achieve revenue and business objectives
Ensure quality and timely campaign execution across all marketing channels. Channels include but are not limited to : field events (exhibitions, conferences, roadshows), PR, Partners, Direct Mail, Email, Webinars, Digital and Traditional Advertising.
Manage the marketing budget for Spain and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting / ROI
Use Salesforce and Pardot as marketing tools to manage campaign tracking, lead generation and report / dashboard creation
Responsible for the maintenance of the website as well as the monitoring of KPIs
Proactively identify strategic opportunities and enhance the firm's reputation as a leading adviser, including the review of strategic alliances with industry bodies
Locally deploy a range of marketing projects and supports (brochures, roll up, videos) driven by the wider Global Marketing team, tailoring to the Spanish market.
Responsible for data cleansing, monitoring and database building
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :
A minimum of 2 years' prior experience in developing and running strategic marketing plans, preferably in the tech industry in Spain
Proven campaign management experience developing and implementing successful demand creation (through emails and landing pages) and pipeline acceleration programs, KPI reporting and strategy-planning that aligns to sales objectives
Your motto in communication is "digital first", but you are aware that only a meaningful mix of all channels can be successful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
Ability to work cross-functionally, with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude.
Possess excellent marketing planning, manage multiple projects and competing demands and delivery capabilities

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing
Marketing Degree (+3 Bachelor or +5 years Master Degree)
