Your role ensures financial performance through strategic analysis and optimal resource allocation in order to reimagine cancer across 70 countries.
Identifies key stakeholders in-market and at the Region level, and establishes relationships with influencers and decision makers to facilitate broader and deeper market access for AAA products.
The overall purpose of the Key Account Manager role is to identify, develop and execute initiatives that drive sales and market share growth at selected key customers and customer groups across Spain.
The KAM is accountable to deliver this in a compliant, profitable and sustainable way with Hospitals and radiopharmacies dealing with the current and future portfolio of the company.
Defines long term customer strategy.
Lead the relationship between the customer and the internal teams (Medical, accounting, Marketing)
Develops KA annual plans, execution and KPIs
Secures new product listing, promotion ROI and campaign execution which creates value for customers and AAA
Sells new KA initiatives with impact
Negotiates price and trade terms compliant to AAA strategy, mainly through public tenders
Finds ways of cooperation together with the Hospitals
Improves medical knowledge and delivers training together with Trade Marketing partner
Develops customer collaboration projects in line with AAA strategies
Manages all communication between key stakeholders at the account and their counterparts
Lead relationship with Customer service and production plants to ensure deliveries
Cooperation with Therapy department on the achievement of the global AAA Marketing Plans
Identifying opportunities areas in the market

Education University degree in bioscience, physics, chemistry or similar
Relevant experience (minimum 2-3 years ) in the healthcare / Pharmaceutical industry at hospital level. Proven ability to understand and clearly communicate scientific and economic topics
Well developed understanding of drug product P&R and Listing processes, including processes for clinical guidelines and formularies
Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with government officials, regulators, and other key KOLs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Open and clear collaboration and communication to make sure the daily operation runs smoothly
