SUMMARY

  • Looking for an experienced professional, with experience working on global projects, with good communication skills, navigating the corporate environment and successfully completing work collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
  • The position requires a high degree of responsibility, coordination, decision making ability and self-sufficiency, as well as strong technical acumen, ideally including mobile development background.
  • This role will be responsible for releasing Mobile Apps to Public App Stores (Apple iTunes, Google Play).

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Acts as the central contact for clients for all aspects of Mobile App. Publishing, ensuring expeditious communication with customer satisfaction.
  • Experience publishing Apps with Apple and Google with strong knowledge of policies and procedures and guidelines from the stores.
  • Experience managing digital properties in a pharmaceutical.
  • Responsible for generating digital properties, keys, certificates needed for Code Signing.
  • Actively involved with continuous process improvement.
  • Monitors Support mailbox and answer queries on the on-boarding process.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration Tools is a big plus.
  • Educate Developers, and Product Owners and ensures process compliance.
  • Engaged in CheckMarx security reports monitoring and acting on it.
  • REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or college diploma.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated experience as an information technology professional in IT Service Management and deployments of both Enterprise and Public mobile apps.
  • Strong Knowledge of Mobile App Publishing and Apple and Google Guidelines for Publishing and App Development is needed.
  • Strong English both verbal and writing skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Pharmaceutical businesses, processes, trends and challenges.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration Tools is a big plus.

  • Position is part of ITS Innovation & Mobile Apps Factory global solution center.
  • Start date required as soon as possible.

  • This strategic role is part of Mobile Apps Factory global team (within ITS Innovation and MAF GSC). ITS Mobile Apps Factory’s mandate is to protect and optimize Sanofi mobile footprint, drive business value with fewer & better mobile products.
  • We created appKeeper platform (secure and innovative DevSecOps tech stack) to host source code of all Sanofi-owned mobile apps in secure way, and provide central performance and analytics capabilities to GBUs and GFs.
  • At the same time Mobile Apps.
