In this role, you have the opportunity to

Bring innovation and new business opportunities in the Healthcare environment in Cataluña and Baleares and have a visible impact on our sales development.

You are responsible for

  • Maximizing order intake, sales and price realization at the assigned accounts (private and public) for the Ultrasound portfolio
  • Developing and driving a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation
  • Ensuring that completed quotations are based on a solution / configuration compliant to specifications validated by the Business Units (BU), and it is properly reviewed by Operations for feasibility and accuracy prior to being issued
  • Coordinating efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain team members at account
  • Developing Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth;
  • fully leveraging the BMC operating model while it will need to increasingly support product, solutions and services towards full portfolio standardization

  • Funnel Management (flawlessly updating Sales Force and attend to all 1 : 1 and funnel meetings)
  • Providing Sales / OiT forecast

    The Spain affiliate. You will report to the Ultrasound Business Line Manager for Iberia and you join a passionate and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit in which your views will be encouraged and your growth will be fostered.

    The position is based in Barcelona and you will directly interact with Clinical Application Specialists, Marketing and Service teams.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Degree level Education (Sales or Biomedical Engineering)
  • First experience in Sales Management or Clinical Support in the medical device industry (preferably in Ultrasound)
  • Autonomy, customer oriented, good communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent Catalan, Spanish and conversational English required
  • Ability to travel across the region (Cataluña and Baleares).
