Position Overview

In this position you ensure that all support and maintenance services related to SW solutions are delivered as defined within service level agreement (contract) and quality across a range of services and customers in retail areas of our business with a specific focus on large international customers in the Fuel and Convenience industries.

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in EMEA.

You are responsible for

  • Daily monitoring of Diebold Nixdorf internal service and systems to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Control and management of the services delivery for multiple customer accounts
  • This role requires working closely with the customer, the Support Manager, internal teams, suppliers / subcontractors and other parties responsible for the software maintenance service delivery
  • Management of complex and structured relationships with large global companies
  • Control of customer budgets highlighting any potential deviation from the target company KPIs
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in information technologies, business administration or a similar discipline or extensive work experience in a comparable function and environment
  • Multiple years of experience in maintenance service delivery for complex software solutions, sales or service management
  • Good knowledge of service delivery in the IT industry, incl. ITIL certification
  • Fluent and professional written and verbal English language skills
  • PC literacy including MS Office
  • Experience in the Retail industry is mandatory, preferably in Fuel and Convenience
  • Experience of working in a multi-national / global environment and with remote / multi-location teams
